Sourced from the Kindeng Dry Mill in Papua New Guinea’s Jikawa province, this coffee is a true reflection of the region’s rich landscapes and smallholder farming traditions.

A blend of cherries from 1,500 smallholder producers in Kindeng and Arufa, it embodies the dedication and skill of farmers cultivating coffee on farms averaging 1–2 hectares.

  • Roaster's Notes

    The cherries undergo meticulous processing before being dried on raised beds and canvasses. Once dried, the coffee is hulled, milled, and prepped for export, preserving its quality from farm to roast.

    Expect to find an intense lavender aroma followed by a sweet plum jammy finish.
