Prepaid Recycling Bag for Coffee Capsules

We encourage every capsule customer to participate in our 'return-to-us' scheme so we can recycle used capsules through our mates at TerraCycle®. 

How it works: 

1.  Add a Prepaid Recycling Bag to your capsule order. Your returns bag will come with a prepaid label affixed to the bag.

2.  Collect and fill with your used capsules (will fit approx. 120 capsules)

3.  Call or email NZ Couriers to arrange collection, quoting the consignment number on the returns label.

4.  NZ Couriers will collect your capsules and return them to us, where we will recycle through TerraCycle®.

Note: Unfortunately, capsules are too small to be recycled through kerbside collections in most of the regions we roast in. Therefore, we don’t advise to adding them to your Council recycling bin as they will contaminate this waste stream.

Rural addresses: 

Rural addresses are excluded from this prepaid option. If you live at a rural address or want to arrange your own returns, package your used capsules up and send them to our Roastery. Please ensure these are in a watertight bag, so they don't leak on their way to us.
